TRAIN HARD  +  REST HARD

Currently in the Pacific Palisades in Southern California, I teach my clients the concept of training hard and resting hard, which is simply the balance of  working out hard enough to improve your body physiologically, and resting hard enough for your body to recover. Keeping yourself too far on either side of the scale won’t be beneficial to your overall health.

My philosophy as a personal trainer is simple. I believe in creating a life in balance. It can be achieved by making the right amount of time, and using the right amount of energy, to do the things you need to do as well as the things you want to do.
